Mr. Caidong Zhang was born in December 1979. He got Ph.D from Chongqing University in 2009 with a major of materials science and engineering. He is a senior engineer. He is now working in HBIS Group, his title is Vice General Manager of HBIS Group Sales Company and HBIS Group Customer Service Center, member of the Economic Committee of WSA(World Steel Association), member of FISITA .

Caidong Zhang joined in HBIS Group after graduation from Chongqing University. He has experienced in different working position, from production to overseas companies, to R&D, and then to marketing. He has solid theoretical knowledge, front line working and management experiences with international vision and strategic thinking. He is a compound doctoral executive who understands production, knows overseas, be expert in technology, be skilled in marketing, and be good at managment.

He has undertaken 16 major Scientific Research Projects, Industry-university-research Cooperation Projects and Modern Enterprise Management Projects. He has achieved 2 Innovation Achievement Awards of CISA Modern Enterprise Management Projects, 3 Science and Technology Progress Awards of Hebei province, 5 Innovation Achievement Awards of Hebei Province Modern Enterprise Management Projects, and 4 Science and Technology Progress Awards of HBIS Tangsteel. He was also awarded the Third-level Talents of the“Three-Three-Three Talents Project” of Hebei Province, the Top Ten Outstanding Young Person of Hebei Province, the Most Beautiful Leader of Hebei State-owned Enterprises, and the National Outstanding Chief Information Officer.
