Fan Ren, Ph.D., joined Changan Automobile Corp. in 2010. Fan had 4 years experience in a leader role in the R&D of intelligent vehicle tech., Changan US R&D Center. Since 2019, she shifted her focus to software development of automated vehicles and became the manager of Tech Department of Changan Automobile group in China. 

Fan is an experienced leader in the development of automated driving system as she was deeply involved the management role in Conditional Autonomous Driving program in Changan from 2016-2020, and now she is also the supervisor of Gen-2 and Gen-3 Automated driving production platforms in the company.
