Hector graduated from the UPC in Barcelona, Spain, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Soon after, he started working as a brake and brake control test and development engineer. Ever since, he has accrued around 20 years’ experience in braking system development, having worked for Nissan, Bentley Motors, and as a brakes engineering consultant.

Over the years he has been awarded with an MSc in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and an MBA from Keele University. Hector currently works at Applus IDIADA as a Technical Expert in braking systems, where he applies his knowledge to the development of complex projects and advanced braking systems.
