Heiko Carrie was born in 1962 and graduated in law from the universities of Heidelberg and Bonn.
He started his career as an academic assistant at the University of Heidelberg, then practiced as a lawyer in a law firm in Munich.
He joined the Bosch Group in 1998 and held various positions in the Group's legal department, and in the planning, mergers & acquisitions departments in Stuttgart and Tokyo. Between 2006 and 2013, he led the legal department of the Bosch Group. Since January 1, 2014, he held the position of Managing Director of Robert Bosch (France) SAS in charge of finance and administration.
Since January 1, 2016, Heiko Carrie has been President of Bosch France and he also became, on January 1, 2017, President of Bosch Benelux.
In the France-Benelux region in 2019, the Bosch Group achieved a turnover of more than 5.4 billion euros and employs more than 11,700 people.
