Dr. Shang Jin, previously served as the CEO of GAC Silicon Valley R&D Center, is a technology and management expert in multiple industries such as autonomous driving, AI, cloud computing and networking, information security, vehicle engineering, etc. In the past 20 years, he has been responsible for product architecture, R&D and management of many Silicon Valley high-tech companies such as Hillstone Networks, Juniper, Fortinet, etc. 

He Serves as an expert committee member of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Networking Testing and Evaluation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the main consultant of the White Paper "Reference Architecture 1.0 for Intelligent Vehicle Computing Basic Platforms" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the visiting researcher at the School of Vehicles and Transportation of Tsinghua University. He also has nearly 50 Chinese and American patents and papers, and has won black hat Asian paper and excellent paper of the CCF Cyber Security Academic Conference.
