Mr. Masahiro Kanda is responsible for R&D Engineering and Research & Technology.

Mr. Masahiro  Kanda began his career in April 1978 within Yazaki Corp. as Connector R&D Engineer. In June 2014 he became Executive Officer and a year later in June 2015 he was appointed Managing Executive Officer. From September 2017 he served as Managing Director and since June 2021 is Senior Managing Director.
