Norton Wille is a development chemist at Fras-le, responsible for developing friction materials for commercial vehicles.

Norton studied chemical engineering at Caxias do Sul University, including a Master diploma thesis in materials science within the field of friction material development using a DOE mixture design.

In his 25-year career at Fras-le SA, he has worked at the R&D Center as a chemical technician, raw material researcher and finally like a chemical developer. Over the past 10 years in friction development, he has created and improved a significant number of friction materials for commercial, subway and rail vehicles.
