Ms. Fletcher is focused on the technology-led business transformation of General Motors, leading the teams whose mission is to disrupt the traditional automotive industry. Her experience is broad and global. For more than a decade, she has been in leadership roles guiding the development of GM’s electric vehicle and self-driving technologies, most recently as Vice President-Global Electric and Autonomous Vehicles.
