Shailesh Hegde obtained his Master of Science degree in Mechatronic Engineering in 2018 and his Specializing Master of Science degree in Automotive Suspension in 2019 from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in Mechanical Engineering and works in collaboration with the Center for Automotive Research and Sustainable mobility (CARS) as a research assistant at Politecnico di Torino. His areas of interest include connected autonomous vehicles, machine learning, control systems, and hybrid and electric powertrains.
