Cheng Teng, male, Ph.D., associate professor, works in the School of Automotive and Transportation Engineering of Hefei University of Technology, and graduated from the School of Engineering Science of the University of Science and Technology of China. He served as the deputy director of Anhui Key Laboratory of Autonomous Driving Safety Technology, the director of the Joint Laboratory of Quantum Safety Communication of the Internet of Vehicles, the executive director of the Joint Laboratory of HFUT-NIO Innovation Research Institute, etc. 

He is a member of the Technical Committee of Intelligent Connected Vehicle and Application Standardization of Anhui Province. At present, the main focus is on the cross-application research of

quantum security technology in ICV information security, and actively promoting its industrialization. In recent years, he has presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Anhui/Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation project, and one Anhui Science and Technology Research Program. He has published more than 20 SCI / EI papers as the first author or correspondence author, including one highly cited paper selected by ESI.
