Mr. Yasuzo Kanasugi has been the President at Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd. since April 01, 2016 and has been a Director, Executive Officer of MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings Inc. since June 2014.

Upon graduation from the Faculty of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in 1979, he joined the former Dai-Tokyo Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd.

After the carrier in corporate planning and human resources planning, he served as an Executive Officer of the former Aioi Insurance from April 2009.

Subsequently, after the corporate merger in 2010, he served as a Managing Executive officer in 2011, Director, Managing Executive Officer in 2012, Director, and Senior Managing Executive Officer in 2013 before becoming the president.
