Yu Meng is a Professor at School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. His research interests mainly include environment perception, vehicle positioning and automatic control. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 national scientific research projects in China. 

Prof. Meng has published more than 50 papers in SCI and EI-indexed journals as the first or corresponding author, authored 1 academic monograph, and led 8 national invention patents. In 2013, he was selected into Beijing Higher Education Young Elite Teacher Project.
