Moran oversees IRP’s strategy and growth, manages the engineering and business teams, and leads the company through her personal dedication to shifting the mobility sector towards clean energy solutions. She is a seasoned engineer and senior manager and has held leadership positions in startups and global companies. Moran has extensive experience managing cross-functional teams across sectors, including aerospace and automotive. She started her career as an engineer at Intel, where she became Hardware Design Manager and Strategic Planner. Moran has an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
